We are looking for a friendly, professional and service-focused Waitron to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, maintaining high service standards and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitron in a hotel, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions where required.
• Follow all hotel, food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
