Warehouse Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating stock control operations with logistics staff and finance cost team.
• Monitoring inventory by inventorying specific items or sections on daily basis (cycle count) .
• ERP System stock accounting transaction process and review, material risk management.
• Overseeing all implementation of all system transactions (IN & Out).
• Non-product items warehouse control and management.
• Warehosue Risk Control, material dispatch management, ensuring consistency between accounts and physical inventory.
• Scrap Management, attending supplier bidding to determine scrap sale prices, ensuring consistency between scrap sales accounts and physical inventory, regularly reviewing scrap sale revenue

Qualification:

• Major in finance or accounting, bachelor’s degree or above, more than 2 years working experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills. More than 2 Years of experience in field.
• Good at office skills, good at English communication skills, familiar with Oracle or SAP.
• Strong analytical ability and ability to work under pressure, able to proactively communicate and solve problems independently.
• Meticulous work, keen sense of responsibility, strong executive capability, and teamwork spirit.
