Job description
Cape Town Wine Hub is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support logistics coordination, production administration, and general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics
- Plan truck routes and communicate delivery schedules
Warehouse Administration
- Production planning and coordination
- Prepare labelling checksheets
- Generate rework sheets and job cards
- Screen and prepare paperwork for billing
- Order DG (dry goods) from suppliers
- Source warehouse tools and consumables at competitive prices
- Assist with wine-related administration as required
- Design and print warehouse and product stickers
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics administration will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in basic admin systems and document control
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Excel is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R10 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
