Warehouse Assistant (Sasolburg) (iOCO0066)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and IT asset management activities. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, inventory, or IT asset management environment, with strong administrative, record-keeping, and organizational skills.

W****hat you'll do:

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a warehouse, stores, inventory, or IT asset management environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to follow documented processes and SOPs without deviation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Time management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, docking stations, etc.).
• SAP and ServiceNow experience will be beneficial.

Your Expertise:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

Your Qualifications:

• Qualification Essential Competency

  • Soft Skills
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Qualifications preferred
  • Administration certification
  • Data analytics
  • Excel qualification
  • Certificate or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Permanent position
• Work environment: Based in Sasol, Sasolburg. This is an office-based position.
• Physical demands: 40 % Sitting, 20 % Standing, 20 % Walking, 20 % Lifting
• Travel: Reliable transport to the office and travel required upon request.
