Position: Warehouse & Facilities Assistant
Location: Pretoria East
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role combines warehouse support, facility maintenance, housekeeping, stock management, and product preparation.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that our warehouse, showroom, offices, and facilities are maintained to a high standard while also assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities & Cleaning
* Daily cleaning and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
* Cleaning and upkeep of bathrooms, kitchen areas, offices, showroom, and warehouse floors.
* Ensuring all facilities remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
* Managing and replenishing cleaning supplies when required.
Warehouse Support:
* Assisting with stock packing and order preparation.
* Assisting with stock counts and inventory management.
* Supporting warehouse operations and general warehouse duties.
* Assisting with loading and unloading stock when required.
Product Preparation & Quality Control:
* Performing quality checks on cooler boxes, flasks, and related products.
* Cleaning and preparing demo stock for display and exhibitions.
* Cleaning and maintaining trailers used for demonstrations and events.
* Operating an engraving machine (training will be provided).
Events & Exhibitions
* Assisting with the setup, operation, and breakdown of expo and exhibition stands.
* Providing support during selected weekends and special events when required.
Requirements:
* Valid South African driver’s license.
* Reliable transport to and from work.
* Previous warehouse, cleaning, or general maintenance experience will be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
* Willingness to work occasional weekends for exhibitions and events.

Employment Type:
* Full-time 08:00- 17:00
Pay: Up to R7 000,00 per month
