Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, overseeing shipment.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and material flow to optimize space utilization and productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and other machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures and policies within the warehouse, conducting regular safety inspections and training
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of goods received, shipped, and stored.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material availability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train new warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

What you bring ?

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a warehouse foreman / managerial role.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout and material flow to optimize space utilization and productivity.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a fast past warehouse
• Proven experience with inventory management systems and practices
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (i.e. Dynamics 365 or SAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is essential;
• Willingness to work overtime
