Job description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operation and organisation of our warehouse, including:
- Loading and offloading solar panels, batteries, inverters and other solar equipment.
- Operating a forklift to move and position stock safely within the warehouse.
- Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries against relevant documentation.
- Preparing and loading customer and supplier collections.
- Picking, packing and organising stock for dispatch.
- Assisting with stock counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Identifying and reporting damaged, missing or incorrect stock.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and stock movement as required.
- Working closely with the administrative and sales teams to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
- Assisting with loading vehicles and securing goods for collection or delivery.
Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge
- High-school qualification
- Previous warehouse experience (Advantageous).
- Valid forklift licence.
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience handling heavy goods.
- Previous experience in the solar, electrical, hardware or logistics industry (Advantageous).
- Basic understanding of stock handling and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s licence.

Pay: R7 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
