Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of an international third-party logistics (3PL) network while driving strategic warehousing and inventory initiatives.
This position combines operational warehouse management with commercial analysis, requiring the successful candidate to evaluate logistics solutions, identify cost-saving opportunities, optimise inventory performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel and Power BI skills and demonstrate practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to automate reporting, improve operational efficiencies, and streamline analytical processes.
Requirements
*Key Responsibilities**3PL & Warehouse Management Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Analyse, cost, and implement new 3PL partnerships in existing and new international markets.
- Oversee warehouse inventory management, ensuring efficient storage layouts and picking processes.
- Maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
- Ensure inventory systems are updated in real time.
- Coordinate annual stock counts and investigate stock variances.
- Work closely with Finance, warehouse partners, and auditors during stock reconciliation processes.
- Develop, monitor, and improve warehouse KPIs.
- Ensure all third-party logistics providers consistently meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Fulfilment, Courier & Amazon Operations* Coordinate daily order fulfilment across international warehouses.
- Ensure all customer orders are accurately prepared and dispatched by warehouse partners.
- Select the most cost-effective courier solutions while maintaining required delivery timelines.
- Recommend the most suitable fulfilment methods across:

- eCommerce Platforms
- Trade Customers

- Maintain working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL).
- Support replenishment planning across Amazon fulfilment centres.
Commercial Analysis & Strategic Projects* Develop and manage annual warehouse forecasts, including:

- Inbound volumes
- Outbound volumes
- Storage requirements
- Warehouse resource planning
- Inbound volumes
- Manage peak season forecasting.
- Evaluate the commercial viability of establishing a centralised international warehouse.
- Assess global warehousing and distribution options.
- Analyse shipping routes, freight costs, warehouse costs, and shipment timing.
- Identify new warehouse and logistics opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Reduce or eliminate port demurrage charges.
- Lead investigations into damaged or faulty inventory and communicate findings to the Supply Chain team.
*Required Skills & Experience**Essential Minimum 3 years' experience managing international logistics and third-party warehouse operations.
- Strong experience managing multiple 3PL partners.

- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to automate reporting or improve operational workflows.
Desirable* Experience using SAP ByDesign or another ERP system.
- Previous people management experience.
- Experience with China-origin international freight.
- Understanding of customs procedures.
- Experience managing courier accounts.
