Are you a hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?

Decofurn Furniture is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Fourways warehouse operation .

What you’ll own:

• Receiving & put-away

• Binning, storage & stock flow

• Picking & dispatch

• Stock accuracy, cycle counts & stock takes

• Warehouse layout & space utilisation

• Productivity & operational KPIs

• Team leadership and performance

• Process, SOP and operational discipline

• Identifying bottlenecks and improving warehouse efficiency

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years’ warehouse/DC experience

✅ 5+ years’ supervisory/management experience

✅ Strong hands-on warehouse floor leadership

✅ Proven end-to-end stock flow experience

✅ Strong inventory and variance control

✅ Experience managing warehouse teams

✅ ERP/WMS experience advantageous

✅ Retail DC / bulky goods / furniture experience advantageous

This is not a transport, fleet or planning role .

We’re looking for an operational leader who understands that great warehouse performance starts on the floor .
