Job Purpose
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Warehouse Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our back-end warehouse and front-end product presentation. You will oversee the receipt of stock, manage inventory levels within the warehouse storeroom, and execute visual merchandising standards to maximize product visibility and drive sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
· Inventory Control & Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and verify incoming deliveries against delivery notes. Efficiently pull stock from the warehouse to ensure sales floors are fully stocked at all times.
· Merchandising & Display Execution: Build, face up, and maintain eye-catching product displays according to store planograms and brand guidelines.
· Stock Rotation: Implement the First In, First Out (FIFO) methodology to rotate stock, keeping track of sell-by dates to minimize product expiry and shrinkage.
· Pricing & Labeling Compliance: Ensure all displayed items are accurately priced, labeled, and marked with correct promotional signage.
· Reporting & Collaboration: Monitor stock levels and promptly report stockouts, low inventory, or damaged goods to warehouse and store management.
· Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse storage area. Safely flatten and dispose of packing materials in designated zones.
Minimum Requirements
· Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate. A certificate or diploma in warehouse, logistics,.
· Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience in wholesale, or FMCG warehouse/merchandising environment.
· Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy stock boxes routinely while adhering to health and safety standards.
· Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office), strong time management, and clear communication skills.
· Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: From R8 000,00 per month
