Warehouse & Planning Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, organised and detail-orientated warehouse & planning specialist to join our team and support the warehouse, inventory, logistics and planning activities for our renewable energy projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, demand planning or a related environment.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, stocktaking and cycle counting.
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting and delivery planning.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain cost management and process improvement.

Advantageous

• Experience in the renewable energy, wind energy, BESS, engineering, construction or industrial equipment industry.
• Experience with international or cross-border logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting regional or international projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

• Manage the physical and system-based inbound and outbound operations of tools and spare parts in the central warehouse.
• Promptly record, report, and escalate any abnormalities.
• Manage inventory accuracy for the assigned warehouse. Conduct regular stocktaking and cycle counting, and complete variance analysis, resolution, and closure in a timely manner.
• Manage the delivery of international tools and spare parts. Lead the full lifecycle delivery planning for spare parts under international regional projects and ensure OTD targets are achieved. Support international aftermarket sales targets.
• Work closely with project site teams to develop tool demand plans based on contract requirements, actual lifting and installation progress, and site needs. Support spare parts list management, tool asset budget applications, and the fulfilment of demand from regional and site warehouses.
• Prepare monthly and annual demand forecasts for tools and spare parts based on in-service turbine capacity in each region and project phases.
• Drive the optimisation of internal warehouse operations and process improvement. Promote cost reduction and efficiency improvements across warehousing and supply chain-related activities, while ensuring effective cost control.
• Establish and improve a business- and customer-centric performance management system for international spare parts operations. Continuously improve field service operational performance and customer satisfaction.
