Job description

MIT Auto Parts is looking for an experienced Warehouse Receiving Team Manager to lead our receiving operation and ensure inventory is received accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards. The role is responsible for inventory control, supplier claims, team leadership, operational performance, and continuous improvement within the receiving function.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading daily receiving operations for local and imported stock.
  • Managing inventory accuracy, stock control, and receiving compliance.
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies and supplier claims.
  • Monitoring team productivity and operational performance.
  • Developing and leading a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Receiving personnel.
  • Driving process improvements and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, company procedures, and inventory controls.

What we're looking for:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehousing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading teams.
  • Experience with receiving operations, inventory management, stock counts, and claims management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using SAP, WMS, or similar warehouse management systems.
  • A hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams and drive accountability.

Education:

  • Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • Warehouse / Logistics / Supply Chain : 7 years (Required)
  • Staff leadership: 3 years (Required)
  • Inventory management: 2 years (Required)
  • SOP implementation: 2 years (Required)
  • KPI management: 2 years (Required)
  • SAP WMS system: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Work Location: In person
