Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Bloemfontein branch . This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide the warehouse team and continuously improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities
• Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch processes
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
• Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and workflow
• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff
• Maintain a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to perform cycle counts accurately
• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy items when required
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license

Experience:

• Warehouse management system: 3 years (Required)
