We are a small but fast-growing ecommerce business based in Kempton Park
An opportunity has arisen for a Warehousing Assistant.
We are looking for a passionate preferably male (due to nature of job) candidate to assist in the warehouse environment.
Emphasis should be on packaging (proper to avoid damages) labelling and delivery to marketplace
We are looking for a hands on, hardworking and reliable Warehousing Assistant.
Position is based in Kempton Park and one should be based in and around.
Starting Salary: R5,000 to R7 000 per month negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the correct product is packaged, labelled and dispatched.
- Making sure the correct stock that has been ordered is received and packaged.
- Assist in packaging, loading and offloading stock from suppliers.
- Maintaining a steady flow of stock from storage to where it is needed.
· Receiving and checking of merchandise
· Picking, packing, labelling and dispatching of merchandise
· Deliveries and receiving of returns
· Communication, administration and filing stock take / stock counting
Requirements:
· Minimum Grade 12, or equivalent and experience
· -Driver’s license is a must to have and resident in or around Kempton Park
· -Computer literacy. Internet, MS office etc.
· -Able to work under pressure, independently and within a team
· -Experience in warehousing and physically fit
· -High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· -We are willing to train you should you have the right attitude.
