Warranty Administrator

Perfect Choice Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk for a well-established multi-franchise dealership based in Umhlanga.

This is not a trainee or step-up opportunity. We are looking for a candidate with proven, hands-on experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment, where multiple OEM warranty systems are managed simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' recent Warranty Clerk experience.
• Current or recent multi-franchise dealership warranty experience is non-negotiable.
• Excellent understanding of OEM warranty policies, procedures and claim submissions.
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet manufacturer deadlines.
• Stable employment history with contactable references.

Package:
