Wash bay Supervisor

• Monitors, supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the washbay in alignment with operational requirements
• Develops and manages schedules for the washbay employees to ensure that sufficient resources are available
• Supervises the cleaning of all equipment, vehicles and / or machinery in accordance with both Afrirent and the customers’ standards and requirements
• Inspects cleaned vehicles, machinery and equipment to ensure quality control and readiness
• Monitors adherence to standard operating procedures
• Monitors the utilisation of cleaning materials, tools and supplies and maintains adequate levels at all times
• Identifies opportunities and drives continuous improvements to maintain efficient and effective washbay operations
• Trains and mentors employees on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use and safety protocols
• Collaborates and communicates effectively with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics and Maintenance to ensure efficient operations
• Maintains accurate records of cleaning schedules, incidents and / or accidents
• Monitors the effective and hygienic housekeeping activities at all times
• Monitors and implements adherence to all safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) policies, procedures and requirements in the washbay
• Implements consistent safety protocols and procedures
• Identifies and reports all maintenance and repair requirements of washbay equipment and tools

Pay: R8 400,00 per month
