Summary:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the team as a sales consultant. The sales consultant is responsible for building and leading the sales section, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the waste management sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong personality, skills, a deep understanding of the waste management industry, and a proven track record in sales. This is a new position for Our client as this function has always been driven by the directors. Therefore, the person will report directly to the sales director. Report to: Sales Director. Key responsibilities:

Sales strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the waste management industry. Should be a person capable of generating sales from week one, no time to acclimatise only to learn the company Culture and compliance regulations, which are generally standards to the industry with a few specifics.

Foster a high-performance sales culture through-out your engagement and self - performance management.

Market analysis: Conduct market research

Pay: R300 000,00 - R400 000,00 per year
