Job Summary
Landani Facilities Management is looking for an experienced Waterproofing Specialist to join our maintenance and construction team.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ practical waterproofing experience and be able to carry out waterproofing work to a high standard, while also assisting with other building and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out waterproofing installations, repairs and maintenance.
- Identify and diagnose water leaks and waterproofing failures.
- Apply torch-on membrane, liquid-applied and other waterproofing systems.
- Prepare surfaces and ensure correct application of waterproofing products.
- Carry out waterproofing inspections and remedial works.
- Perform painting, plastering and other general building maintenance.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site cleanliness.
- Follow all health, safety and quality requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven waterproofing experience.
- Proof of formal waterproofing training is mandatory.
- Experience with torch-on waterproofing and liquid waterproofing systems.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and specifications.
- Painting and plastering experience is required.
- General building and maintenance experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of waterproofing preparation, application and repairs.
- Must be reliable, physically fit and able to work on different sites.
- Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.

- Copies of relevant qualifications/certificates.
- Contactable references confirming previous waterproofing experience.
