WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR MANAGER

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable Junior Manager to join our team and assist in the daily operations of our Quick Service Health Food Franchise located in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory, team leader, or management role within the retail, restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
• Experience with customer service, cash handling, stock control, and staff supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Computer literacy and experience with POS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store
• Supervise and support staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
• Assist with cash handling and daily cash-ups
• Help drive sales and achieve store targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
• Support staff training and development
• Act as Store Manager when required
