WE ARE HIRING – STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our Quick Service Health Food Franchise located in the Cape Town CBD.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
• Experience managing staff, stock control, cash-ups, and customer service
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy and experience with POS systems
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Cape Town CBD

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory levels
• Oversee cash handling and daily cash-ups
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
