Job description:
The Wealth Adviser Assistant will provide broad administrative support to the practice, with a focus on ensuring that client servicing, business processing and administration are handled efficiently and consistently. The role is intended to support efficient business processes, accurate documentation preparation and timely follow-up across the client service process, contributing to an efficient, well-organised and client-focused practice. The position requires flexibility and the ability to support a range of practice needs.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and processing of information
- Compiling reports
- Obtaining quotes and compiling applications
- Assisting clients with general administrative queries
- Managing adviser diaries
- Assisting with the review preparation and implementation
- Recording, maintaining and updating record-keeping systems
- Preparing and distributing of client communication
- Building and maintaining relationships with important stakeholders
- Maintaining service level agreements
- Managing risk in terms of compliance requirements
- Maintaining efficient operational and administrative processes
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant financial degree/ NQF5 in Wealth Management (Advantageous)
- 3-5 years administration relevant working experience within the financial services industry
Additional Requirements:
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite)
- Must have own reliable transport

- Professional client communication skills (verbal and written)
- Time management and prioritisation
- Organisation and planning ability
- Presentation and client-service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Engage confidently with clients and various stakeholders
