Wealth Management Coordinator
Bring structure to a fast-moving wealth management team
THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Keep priorities clear, actions tracked, client meetings prepared and information moving so our Wealth Managers can focus on clients and advice.
GCI Wealth is looking for a Wealth Management Coordinator to support our Wealth Managers and act as the link between the broader wealth support team.
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who takes ownership, follows through and keeps a busy environment organised.
What you will own
- Calendar and meeting management. Coordinate client reviews, manage busy schedules and keep meeting arrangements on track.
- Communication management. Filter emails, manage correspondence and make sure important information reaches the right person.
- Team coordination. Act as the link between Wealth Managers, Paraplanners and Wealth Administrators.
- Workflow tracking. Track actions and follow-ups, flag delays early and help prevent bottlenecks.
- Client meeting preparation. Make sure Wealth Managers have the information and documents they need before each meeting.
- Progress reporting. Compile clear daily progress reports for the Wealth Managers you support.
What you need
- Relevant experience. At least 3 years' administrative experience directly supporting Financial Advisors or Wealth Managers.
- Industry exposure. Experience in financial services or an insurance brokerage environment.
- Strong organisation. Able to manage competing priorities, deadlines and detailed follow-ups without losing track.
- Clear communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills when dealing with clients and internal teams.
- Microsoft Office skills. Confident using Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
