Job description

LSR Services Group is looking for an exceptional Website Designer & Developer to substantially upgrade/rebuild our existing company website.

This is a one-off project. We are specifically looking for a high-quality website specialist rather than a general marketing assistant.

Our objective is to create a professional, modern, high-converting website that reflects the size and quality of the business we are building and generates enquiries from both B2B and B2C clients.

Responsibilities

Review our existing website and propose a new structure
Improve or redesign the overall website
Create strong service pages
Build relevant sector pages
Create high-converting landing pages
Improve mobile UX
Improve website speed and technical performance
Improve enquiry forms and calls-to-action
Present accreditations, case studies and completed works professionally
Ensure the site is technically ready for ongoing SEO
Integrate enquiry forms with our CRM where required
Set up appropriate analytics and conversion tracking
Work alongside our separate SEO specialist where required

Our services include property maintenance, reactive repairs, multi-trade works, electrical, gas, HVAC, damp and mould, fire doors, property assessments and planned works.

We Are Looking For

You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating professional websites that are designed to generate enquiries, not simply look attractive.

Experience with construction, trades, property, facilities management or professional service companies would be advantageous.
