About the role

We're looking for a Website & Digital Experience Manager to join Dotdigital's Global Marketing team, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing.

This is a pivotal role responsible for the performance, optimisation, and day-to-day management of Dotdigital's global web presence. You'll own the website roadmap and collaborate with content, design, development, demand generation, product marketing, and regional marketing teams to deliver digital experiences that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll ensure our websites are optimised for user experience, conversion, SEO, and performance. You'll lead website enhancements, support integrated marketing campaigns, improve governance and processes, and help shape how prospects and customers experience the Dotdigital brand online.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the website roadmap, prioritising enhancements that support business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Dotdigital's websites, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner closely with the in-house development team to deliver website, CMS, and user experience improvements.
  • Lead website projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders across marketing, content, design, and development.
  • Optimise user journeys, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve engagement, lead generation, and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Marketing Manager and content marketing team to improve organic search performance through technical and on-page SEO best practices.
  • Monitor website performance, analytics, and site health, using data and insights to identify and prioritise improvements.
  • Support global marketing campaigns by ensuring website experiences effectively enable campaign execution and conversion.
  • Establish clear processes and governance to ensure website initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively.

About you

You're a commercially minded website professional who combines strong digital marketing expertise with excellent project management skills. You enjoy working cross-functionally, using data to improve performance, and creating digital experiences that drive business results.

Experience

  • 4–7 years experience managing websites in a B2B environment, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Experience managing website development, optimisation, and content delivery using WordPress or a similar CMS.
  • Proven experience delivering website projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting lead generation and demand generation through website optimisation.
  • Experience managing multilingual websites and working within a global marketing organisation.

Knowledge & skills

  • Strong understanding of website UX, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), SEO, and digital customer journey best practices.
  • Proficiency with website analytics and SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Familiarity with project management and design collaboration tools such as Asana, Azure DevOps, and Figma.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with website personalisation platforms.
  • Experience supporting website migrations or replatforming projects.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Dotdigital, or similar MarTech platforms.
  • Experience working in a global organisation across multiple regions and languages.

Interview process

  • 15-minute screening call with the Talent Team
  • 1st stage: 30-minute Zoom interview with Blake Jackson
  • 2nd stage: 60-minute Zoom interview with Blake Jackson, Alastair Mucklow, Duncan Meyer, Juliette Aiken.
