Are you passionate about digital marketing, websites and delivering outstanding customer service?

We're looking for a proactive, organised and creative Website & Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and supportive marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, helping to grow one of the UK's leading education brands while supporting customers and making a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and updating websites
Supporting customers with website updates and enquiries
Creating landing pages and uploading website content
Writing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
Improving website SEO and conducting keyword research
Updating website testimonials and case studies
Managing LinkedIn newsletters and supporting social media activity
Editing webinar videos and optimising YouTube content, including descriptions, keywords, tags and timestamps
Assisting with marketing automation and CRM campaigns
Monitoring website performance and suggesting improvements
Working closely with our marketing, sales and design teams on exciting projects

What We're Looking For

Experience managing WordPress or other websites
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
Experience with email marketing platforms
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Great organisation and time management
A friendly, customer-first approach
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
