Wedding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage weddings from confirmation through to successful execution.
• Conduct planning meetings with bridal couples.
• Build strong relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare detailed function sheets, floor plans, and wedding timelines.
• Coordinate with all internal departments including Operations, Kitchen, Bar, Décor, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security.
• Liaise with external suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure all client requests are communicated accurately and executed to the highest standard.
• Attend and manage weddings on the day, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues professionally.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Conduct final wedding handovers with the operational team.
• Follow up with clients after their wedding and encourage online reviews.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in wedding or event coordination.
• Previous experience in a wedding venue, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
• Excellent administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Professional appearance and confident client-facing personality.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Own reliable transport is essential.
