Job description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at MasterGrade IT.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, confident working with people and ready to grow in a professional environment. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and students
- Answering calls and responding to enquiries
- Managing bookings and schedules
- Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
- Keeping the reception and front area neat, clean and professional
- Creating and assisting with basic designs and content using Canva
- Helping with day-to-day operations at the training centre
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Good communication and people skills
- Comfortable working on a computer
- Basic knowledge of Canva, or willing to learn
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Reliable transport to and from Cape Town CBD is essential
- Willingness to learn — on-the-job training will be provided
Previous reception experience is an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are very important to us.
