We have an exciting position available for a full time Showroom Consultant who is passionate about our industry and who wants to be part of a world class luxury brand!

Minimum requirements

Requirements: • National Senior Certificate • Certificate or Diploma in Interior Decorating or related field • At least 2 years sales experience in a retail environment (preferably in the same industry/field) • Exposure to an Interior Decorating or design environment • Experience of coordinating the operational aspects of a shop or outlet is an advantage • Own reliable transport Skills and Knowledge required: • Good telephone etiquette • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) • Good presentation skills • Good with building and maintaining customer relationships • Excellent customer service and after sales service • Good with selling products and concepts • Professional with good business etiquette

Main duties

• Maintain showroom operations by maintaining the set showroom standards, coordinating deliveries, manage stock of cuttings, sample hangers and books etc. • Build productive relationships with customers by providing advising and selling to customers in the showroom • Support field sales by supporting the internal sales consultants
