To drive sustainable sales growth by developing and managing wholesale customer relationships, increasing product availability and distribution, executing promotional initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service while delivering profitable growth for clients, customers and Smollan.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)

Relevant Sales, Marketing or Business Management qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher advantageous)

Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence

Own reliable vehicle

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience calling on wholesalers, independent traders and cash & carry customers.

Experience in negotiations, customer relationship management and category management.
