Winback Specialist

We are hiring a Winback Specialist to reconnect with former customers, understand their previous concerns, rebuild the relationship, and close opportunities to reactivate their services.

This is a client-facing sales role with a strong digital marketing component. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer retention and understands how digital marketing solutions such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, and SEO help businesses generate new customers.

You should be confident speaking with business owners, asking the right questions, explaining marketing solutions clearly, handling objections, and closing sales.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retention, telesales, or outbound sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• 1+ year of practical experience or strong working knowledge of digital marketing.
• Knowledge of:
• Facebook / Meta advertising.
• Lead generation.
• Google Ads / PPC.
• SEO and Local SEO.
• Google Business Profile.
• Websites and online presence.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience selling services to businesses or business owners is highly preferred.
• Strong objection handling and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, payments, and customer concerns.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact former customers and identify opportunities to win them back.
• Understand the reasons behind previous cancellations.
• Rebuild customer trust and address previous concerns.
• Conduct discovery to understand the customer's business and marketing goals.
• Explain Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, SEO, and other digital marketing solutions.
• Recommend the most appropriate solution based on customer needs.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle objections related to price, performance, lead quality, trust, and previous service experiences.
• Negotiate and close reactivation opportunities.
• Discuss outstanding balances and payment requirements when applicable.
• Set clear expectations regarding services, billing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for every customer interaction.
• Follow up consistently on open opportunities.
• Meet sales, productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
