We are seeking a dynamic and experienced In-Store Sales Assistant to man our Navigate World Whisky Boutique in Sandton City, Johannesburg. If you thrive in a high-end retail environment and have a flair in providing exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional experience to every customer in accordance to standards.
• Organise, rotate, and stock shelves
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process payments accurately.
• Operate the point-of-sale system.
• Assist customers with product enquiries.
• Maintain good knowledge of products.
• Monitor, receive, replenish, and control stock.
• Check pricing and shelf displays.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment.
• Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and suspicious activity to management.

• A sense of urgency and an eagerness to learn.
• Passion for merchandising and keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Experience & Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in the luxury retail industry
• Grade 12 certificate
• Fluent in English
• Experience liaising with high-end clientele is beneficial
• Valid South African Identity Document
