Job description
Job Title: Workday Administrator / Developer (Contract) Location: Remote (Must be available to work EST hours) Contract Duration: 12 Months (Dedicated Role) About The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Workday platform, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment.
- Configure and develop Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration and development.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday modules and business processes.
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting, integrations, security, and system configuration.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Workday-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, dedicated role.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in global or distributed teams.
- Exposure to Workday integrations and advanced reporting.
- Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Payroll business processes within Workday.
