We have a brand new, internal opportunity! We're looking for a confident and clear communicator to step into a Team Leader role, responsible for leading a team of Workforce engagement specialists.
As a passionate individual, you will promote excellence in engagement standards and a world class customer experience for clients, Nurses and Support workers in a safe, efficient and effective manner. We're looking for someone to take a driven hands on approach to ensure targeted activities allow our clinical workforce to be sourced, engaged, developed and retained.
This is a varied role where you'll be working across TCS, PNAH and Ellea Nursing!
Everyday you will...
- Ensure KPIs and targets are met, providing agility in the team in terms of rota management where appropriate
- Have line management responsibilities, conduct regular one to ones, support in managing performance and develop team members in line with the competency framework
- Deliver relevant engagement and processes to agreed standards and SLAs, encouraging the team to deliver value-added conversations and processes that support our workforce
- Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service, identifying any areas for improvement and support

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or people leadership role.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or coaching individuals or teams, with the ability to drive performance and engagement
- Experience and demonstrable skills in problem solving and supporting others with processes, queries and escalations
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across projects, teams and business units
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to provide feedback, influence outcomes and build positive working relationships
