SUMMARY: Workshop Administrator required for our well-established and dynamic Logistics Group to be based in Kempton Park. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail regarding work in progress in a workshop environment is necessary combined with stock handling, the ability to work under pressure as well as working extended hours as needed.
POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities: Ensure processes are followed Oversee month end stock take Reports as requested by management Create purchase orders for PPE, ensure GRV are processed Monthly basis track open job cards ensure deadlines achieved Do random checks on permits if all are valid Check and monitor Mix telematics on VDS fleet Manage fitment of tracking and drive cam devices Keep track of Odo readings that is not aligned on VTS and vehicle Basic Admin function Issue and ordering of PPE Qualifications \/ Skills \/ Requirements: Matric Tertiary qualification is advantageous Own transport is required Excellent administrative knowledge, especially in a workshop environment Fully computer literate (incl.
