About the Role
Executive Details is a premium automotive detailing and paint protection studio specialising in PPF, ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, and precision detailing for luxury and performance vehicles. We are looking for an experienced Workshop or Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our fitment centre.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the detailing and fitment centre
- Lead, coordinate, and hold the team accountable for quality and turnaround
- Oversee PPF installation, vinyl wrapping, paint correction, and detailing workflows
- Advise on and manage projects involving car restoration, body kits, and wheels
- Maintain workshop standards under pressure and tight deadlines
- Report directly to the CEO on operations, team performance, and job status
- Take ownership of problems and drive solutions without waiting to be told
What You Need
- Strong working knowledge of PPF, vinyl wrapping, and detailing processes
- Experience in a fitment centre or automotive workshop environment
- A genuine passion for cars, understands restoration, body kits, and wheels
- Valid driver's licence
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
- Ability to work long hours and stay composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, hardworking approach
- Team player who leads by example
