X4 Sales Representatives : New Vehicles - BYD Kempton Park

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and motivated Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team at BYD Kempton Park. This role primarily focuses on promoting and selling new vehicles within a thriving automotive market. As a key player in our sales team, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations on new vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options to prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, vehicle models, and competitive offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new customers and promote vehicle sales.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Basic understanding of automotive technology and the vehicle sales process.
• Proficient in using electronic sales tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership environment or with vehicle financing is advantageous.
• Previous training in customer service or sales techniques will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with contemporary vehicle technology and trends in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license.
