Job Description

This role is a contributor to the YDE Head Office team and is an opportunity for an individual seeking to build a long-term career within a dynamic retail environment. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting YDE's online and systems operations through the administration and maintenance of the YDE Portal, eCommerce platforms, designer onboarding processes, markdown campaigns, reconciliations, reporting and website housekeeping. The role plays a key part in ensuring operational accuracy, seamless online trading, effective stakeholder communication and optimal customer experience across YDE's digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Yde portal - designer management

  • Loading new codes, submitting price and description changes
  • Onboarding new designers, training and marketing
  • General maintenance of YDE portal - escalating issues/errors, etc.
  • Checking that outstanding purchase orders have been closed and emailing designers/stores

Markdowns

  • Discussing and confirming markdown campaigns and timelines
  • Setting up markdown campaigns
  • Briefing designers on markdown campaigns
  • Brief IT, eComSupport, Marketing, and relevant teams on markdown campaigns and timelines timeously
  • Review markdown task communication received
  • Ensure briefs are included in applicable markdown website updates, markdown mailer products and product scroll
  • Ensure that markdown banners & prices are live at the specified times
  • Prepare and consolidate markdown codes

Stock loss

  • Consolidate and report on Hanger counts and stock loss by store for the month
  • Report on stores stock loss results
  • Briefing new departments
  • Ensure stock take schedule is received
  • Compile report on stock take results

Recon and month end

  • Check reports and missing transaction reports
  • Reconcile recon report across all platforms/systems
  • Any issues or missing transactions/sales to be escalated
  • Check for any transfers coming from stores
  • Reconcile and close month end

Sales and reporting

  • Sending eCom sales to designers
  • Updating eCom KPI report

Product system management

  • Activating and deactivating products for the website
  • Onboarding a new designer for the website
  • General site management

Ecom website management & courier invoicing

  • Briefing trends products updates to marketing
  • General site management
  • Queries website issues with eComSupport
  • Check that all eCom invoices are received in 2nd week of the month and verify costs to confirm processing

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years' relevant administration, systems support or eCommerce administration experience.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience working with multiple systems and databases
  • Experience in performing reconciliations, reporting and invoice verification.
