We are looking for enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our YES Programme as Customer Service Consultants within our BPO environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate where necessary.
• Work towards customer service, quality and productivity targets.
• Attend training and coaching to develop your skills.

What we're looking for:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Completed tertiary qualification.
• Currently unemployed.
• Not currently studying full-time.
• Not currently participating in another learnership, internship or YES Programme.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused.

IMPORTANT SHIFT REQUIREMENT

This is a rotational shift position operating Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.

Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and must have reliable transport to accommodate early morning and late evening shifts.

Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn.
