Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and administrative activities as needed
• Engage professionally with customers and clients in person or through company channels
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Build strong product and service knowledge to communicate effectively with customers
• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and group targets
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks on time
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute ideas to the team

Requirements

• Matric certificate or relevant post-school qualification
• Recent graduate or early-career candidate seeking work experience
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Residing in or near Embalenhle, or able to commute reliably
