About The Role Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa offers a highly successful 1-year training program for graduates from diverse fields of study. This program provides young professionals with a valuable opportunity to acquire practical experience and training.

What You’ll Bring
- Applicants are required to have successfully completed their degree in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
- Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
- Applicants need to be between the ages of 18-35.

- Detailed CV
- Copy of ID Document
- Copy of Matric Certificate
- Copy of all University Academic Transcripts
- Qualification Certificate(s)
