Job description
Key Responsibilities1. System Administration & Zoho Management
- Maintain and optimize the Zoho Inventory platform daily.
- Configure item profiles, composite items, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Manage item groups, SKUs, and pricing tiers within the system.
- Oversee integration workflows between Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books.
2. Factory Floor & Stock Control
- Track raw materials from arrival to the factory floor.
- Log production outputs and convert raw items to finished goods in Zoho.
- Manage item serial numbers, batches, and expiration dates.
- Supervise stock transfers between factory zones and external warehouses.
3. Receiving, Dispatch & Reconciliation
- Reconcile supplier deliveries against Purchase Orders (POs) in Zoho.
- Generate delivery notes, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stocktakes.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and digital stock.
4. Procurement Assistance & Reporting
- Monitor stock reorder points to prevent production downtime.
- Generate weekly stock valuation, aging, and inventory turnover reports.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely raw material ordering.
Pay: R5 107,30 - R12 500,00 per month
