Brand Portfolio Leadership:

* Own full end\-to\-end brand management across the Convenience Retail portfolio.

**1\. Purpose of the Role**  

To lead and oversee the daily cleaning operations at Capitec Bank, ensuring a consistently high standard of hygiene, safety, and professionalism across all branch and office areas. The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for managing cleaning staff, monitoring quality, and maintaining compliance with Capitec’s health, safety, and operational standards.  

  

**2\. Key Responsibilities**  

Daily Operations \& Staff Supervision  

Supervise and coordinate the activities of all cleaning staff (day shift, night shift, and Saturday teams), tea ladies, meeting room attendants, and recyclers.
  

Confirm all staff are on site (weekdays and Saturdays); arrange reliever staff if any staff are absent.
  

For night shift: the supervisor alone holds site access, must remain with the cleaning team at all times, and ensure no wandering.
  

Schedule and assign tasks based on the daily scope of work provided and checked by Capitec Bank Coordinators.

Quality \& Standards Control
