**Job Purpose:**

We are seeking a versatile, friendly, and energetic All\-Rounder to join our guesthouse team. You will handle everything from guest check\-ins, to serving the guests dinner, to preparing the breakfast for the guests in the mornings and to working in maintenance and doing garden work as well. This role is perfect for a proactive problem\-solver who loves interacting with people and keeping spaces immaculate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Front Office: Welcome guests, assist with check\-ins/check\-outs, take payments, answer the phone and assist with reservations.

· Food \& Beverage: Assist with preparation and setup of breakfast, serving guests dinner at night, serve drinks at the bar and kitchen clean\-up.

· Maintenance/ gardening: Monitor property grounds, fix maintenance issues in the rooms and around the property, clean the grounds, cut the grass, clean the pool etc.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred.
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong multitasking skills and a hands\-on work ethic.
* Friendly, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* You will need to be able to work night shifts on a weekend
