Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous administrative and personal assistant experience and is looking to grow within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and PA support to management

Manage diaries, appointments and schedules

Answer calls and respond to emails professionally

Prepare documents, reports and correspondence

Filing, data capturing and maintaining accurate records

Assist with general office administration

Coordinate meetings and appointments

Follow up on outstanding tasks and provide administrative support

Assist with day-to-day office requirements

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Pay: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
