Job description

Core Responsibilities

Stock & Inventory Control: Track biltong inputs, spices, packaging materials, and finished biltong batches using electronic systems.
Sales & Cash Ups: Perform daily cash-ups, process point-of-sale (POS) data, and reconcile registers or invoices.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain records for health, safety .
Order Processing: Manage wholesale or online customer orders, dispatch logs, and courier coordination.
Supplier & Vendor Liaison: Request quotes, place purchase orders for biltong packaging, and check deliveries upon arrival.

Job Requirements

Education: Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of general office administration, preferably within retail, food production,
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting or inventory software.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, basic numeracy, and strong communication skills.
