Sales Representative – Msebenzi Wabantu Financial Services

Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Employment Type: Full-Time

Remuneration: Commission-Based + Weekly Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Promote the company’s range of insurance, investment, and wealth creation products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and submit quality business.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Adhere to company policies and all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Attend sales meetings, product training, and coaching sessions.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience will be advantageous.
• Experience in financial services or insurance will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy will be advantageous.
• Own smartphone is essential.
• Own transport will be advantageous.

Remuneration & Incentives

• Additional performance incentives and recognition may be awarded based on outstanding results and business quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve a minimum of 16 approved cases per month.
• Maintain high-quality business with acceptable lapse and clawback ratios.
• Meet weekly activity and production targets.
• Deliver exceptional client service.
• Ensure accurate and compliant business submissions.
