Branch Manager – Umhlanga

Lead a team. Deliver exceptional service. Drive results.

School & Leisure is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Umhlanga branch.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' retail management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of retail operations and stock control
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (essential)

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
Lead and develop the store team
Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
Manage stock, merchandising and store administration
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal
Position: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Negotiable
