Job Title: Complex Relations Agent (Property Access & Data)

Location: Umhlanga, Durban (185 Ridge Road) | Permanent | Field + Office

About us: Heika is a Durban fibre network operator and ISP.
Before we can bring fibre to a complex, estate or apartment block, we need consent from the body corporate, HOA or building owner — and we need the details of every complex on our database to be accurate, because our sales and office teams work off it every day.

We're hiring a Complex Relations Agent to own both.

Responsibilities:

· Approach and build relationships with body corporates, HOAs, managing agents and landlords

· Secure and renew wayleave / consent agreements to install our fibre infrastructure

· Attend trustee and body corporate meetings to present 123NET (some evening meetings)

· Keep our complex database accurate and current: contact people, unit counts, access rules, consent status, installation notes

· Run scheduled re-verification of complex data so sales agents never quote off stale information

· Feed accurate coverage and access info back to sales, installations and support

· Report weekly on new consents secured, renewals due and data corrections made

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills — you'll be dealing with trustees, agents and residents daily

· 1+ years in relationship management, sales, property, or a similar client-facing role

· Highly organized and detail-focused — database accuracy is half of this job

· Comfortable with MS Office / Google Sheets and learning our internal systems

· Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable — this is a field role)

· English essential; isiZulu an advantage

· Professional, persistent and calm under pushback
