- Encourage a positive team culture where standards are high, communication is clear and guests remain the priority.
- Lead by example through presence, pace, professionalism and attention to detail.

Natural warmth, confidence and strong guest interaction skills.
-
High attention to detail and pride in presentation.
-
Ability to remain calm, focused and solutions-driven under pressure.
-
Strong communication and team leadership ability.
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
-
Ability to work hospitality hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings where required.
-
Own or reliable transport is essential.
Personal profile
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in the small details that shape a guest’s experience. They are warm without being casual, confident without being arrogant and structured without becoming rigid.
They should be the type of person who notices a table that needs resetting, a guest waiting too long, a team member losing focus or a small service detail that is not quite right, and then acts on it immediately.
Success in this role
The F&B Floor Manager is successful when the floor feels calm, the team feels supported and guests feel genuinely looked after. Service should feel natural, polished and consistent, even when the restaurant is busy.
