Field Marketer (Vodacom Retail Execution)

Salary Per Month: R11 400 (negotiable), inclusive of a pension fund, medical aid allowance and a fuel card.

Location: KwaZulu Natal (Phoenix)

Position Type: Full-Time Field Role

Job Purpose: Ensure operational excellence, brand dominance, stock compliance, and sales readiness across assigned retail store call cycles. Serve as the primary operational link between the client, store managers, and retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct structured store visits to verify planogram compliance, stock availability, pricing accuracy, and POS visibility.

● Deliver in-store training, product updates, and coaching (Knowledge Bytes/Huddles) to store consultants.

● Drive store consultant engagement on learning platforms (Axonify).

● Identify operational barriers, escalate red flags, and submit accurate field reports on Repsly.

Requirements:

● Matric (NQF Level 4) required; diploma in Sales/Marketing advantageous.

● 2–3 years' experience in field marketing, merchandising, telecommunications, or FMCG.

● Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (under 10 years old) with roadworthy certificate and business insurance.

● Strong relationship-building, route planning, and retail audit skills.

Must be able to speak English and isiZulu fluently.

Pay: From R11 400,00 per month
